16 years since her last album in 1995, Paquita is back as a recording artist releasing album ASA (2011) with the talented Rishanda Singgih, as the Music Producer. Rishanda is also known as the bassist for DREW. "Asa" is a compliation of cover songs by Indonesian popular artists and song writers in the 70s - 90s with a "new twist" of chillout arrangements.

Born in Jakarta, Indonesia on July 2nd, 1970. Paquita got started early on with her first band Beetle. At nine years old she was already performing for family and friends. She didn't strike out on her own in the adult world until 1995, when she released her first album "Yang Perdana" (or The Debut).

Music is always her first love, yet most of the time she's busy in the film industry either directing mini-series, producing commercials, or movies. . A graduate from Parsons School of Design, New York, majored in Fashion Design, she has worked for Tira Fashion, Jakarta, as a fashion designer for H & R.
